Wiltshire Tote Bag

Wiltshire is a beautiful English county of rolling hills and large, flat expanses, which are home to some of Britain's most ancient landmarks. The most famous heritage site is Stonehenge, which lies just off the infamous A303, both of which feature in my illustration of Wiltshire. The magical stone circle of Avebury is also included and where I once spent a few days sketching when I was an art student, which seems like a stone age away now!  

The ancient city of Salisbury, with its iconic and infamous steeple pierces up to the sky and admired by a curious deer. The chalk, white horses at Cherhill and Westbury are carved into this ancient landscape, over which the RAF planes fly and military tanks trundle. Towns old and new, from Chippenham to Swindon, are represented by famous landmarks from each location, some of which I've visited over my life time but many still escape me and having enjoyed getting to know this English county so well through my art, my wanderlust for Wiltshire has been ignited!
