What is the latest date for Christmas Delivery to a UK address?
Last orders are:
Sunday 20 December for unframed prints
Wednesday 16 December for framed prints
However we strongly recommend ordering as soon as you can as there are significant delays in courier services nationwide due to unprecedented volume.
How much is delivery?
There is a small additional delivery charge for all art prints, shown at check out. Here's some useful information regarding the delivery of your art print:
When will my order arrive?
As Julia's art prints are made to order, we will print, pack and dispatch your products within 4 working days of receiving the order.
Who delivers my parcel?
We use Hermes courier service for delivery to UK addresses and some international services (dependent on parcel weight). We use the Royal Mail Postal Service for other international delivery services, which partner up with your country's national postal provider.
How do I know when my parcel has been shipped?
You will receive an email from Hermes referencing your order number and the tracking number for the consignment. It usually takes about 2 days from receipt of email to delivery.
What will my parcel look like?
Julia's art prints and wallpaper artworks are packaged in strong, cardboard cylindrical tubes. Framed prints are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a strong cardboard wrapper. All packaging will carry Julia's branding.
What can I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Please check the tracking reference for your order on Hermes or Royal Mail website. Alternatively, allow up to 2 additional days after the stated delivery time. If you have not received your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number.
What should I do if my art print has arrived damaged?
We do take care in packing Julia's art prints but occasionally damage may occur in transit. Please email email@example.com if your order is delivered damaged, attaching 3 photos showing the problem. We will respond within 24 hours of receipt of email.
