Texas Tote Bag

Texas is part of a growing collection of State Scapes that I have created and which define the distinct and diverse regions and cultures of the USA. I loved drawing the Rodeo, complete with friendly cowboy on horseback, chasing a young, kicking bull. I included his hat and boots too. My landscape of Texas includes cacti growing on dusty plains as well as towering oil wells. Quaint, historic mission houses share Texas with America's gateway to the skies and space. Patriotic red and blue stars dot my illustration of Texas, where butterflies flutter, bats fly and a northern Mockingbird sings.
