Perth Postcard

JG095130

Perth is located in central Scotland and is where the King of Scots was crowned at the Stone of Scone. Scone Palace features in my artwork and with that a nod to the royal past and Perth as the erstwhile capital of Scotland.

Today, Perth is known for its cultural heritage and has lots to draw people in. The Black Watch Museum and Perth Museum and Art Gallery would be on my hit list for sure. I'm a lover of Scottish Baronial architecture and so there's lots to discover in Perth, starting with the Black Watch Museum. The River Tay runs through Perth and I've drawn a salmon, leaping from its blue waters that flower under Smeaton's Bridge, looked on by a couple of ducks and a super cute red squirrel.

Julia's vision of Perth makes a cute and collectable postcard and is also available as a beautiful Art Print for your home.
