This is Nottingham as seen through the eyes of my little sister: Dasher. She darts around Nottingham, having fun on the helter skelter and big wheel at Goose Fair whilst also soaking up some literary culture created by local heroes DH Lawrence and Lord Byron. 

Robin Hood reigns as the big cheese of Nottingham however, robbing from the rich to feed the poor, many centuries past. This should not foreshadow contributors of Nottingham in recent years including the legendary Brian Clough, who's raising the European Cup in the bottom right of Dasher's design of Nottingham, as he watches one of his strikers score for victory!

The Council House in the Old Market Square takes centre stage and is the meeting point by the lions for friends and lovers, past and present. Ice skates in Hockley reference other sporting heroes of Nottingham: Torvil and Dean. Dasher's vision of Nottingham is of a culturally rich and friendly city, which reflects my view of my childhood home.
