New Zealand Greeting Card

My illustration of New Zealand is very much a record of the nation's amazing wildlife and natural landscape. I was transfixed by the beautiful birds that are native to New Zealand that I'd never seen before and loved including them in my design. I didn't realise that kiwis were so cute! The marine life is equally important to New Zealand and seals, swordfish and whales splash about in the aqua blue sea, watched on by tourists and water sports enthusiasts who paddle along the bright blue on board or boat. The mountainous spine of the land is broken up by the iconic church at Christchurch. Boats bob about in the Bay of Islands and I get the impression that people spend most of their time outdoors in this beautiful and unique land... who wouldn't?!
