The bells are a jingling on Santa’s sleigh, children are tobogganing at Central Park and skaters are sliding along under a snow filled sky at Bryant Park. I can imagine that the Holidays in New York are so romantic and fun. As with lots of things in America, people do it large, including the many big, beautifully decorated trees that adorn the streets and shop windows. I love the inner-city ice-skating that has become a feature of the 21st Century Christmas around the world and which very much hails from NYC.
