Beautiful Bruges! A city that I have yet to visit but is definitely on my bucket list. Creating a Cityscape of Bruges was like having the most delicious box of Belgian chocolates in front of me but I couldn't touch! I can virtually smell the aroma of chocolate in the air and my eyes are wide with wonder at the amazing medieval architectural heritage of the market place, Belfy, Basilica and beyond. Bruges has lots of delightful little bridges that cross the many canals that wind their way through the city. Bruges is also the home to an art movement: the Flemish Primitives and as an artist with Belgian ancestry from many centuries past, I feel at home in beautiful Bruges... aka the Venice of the North!
