I knew very little about the British Virgin Islands until I came to draw it for a little shop on one of the many, stunningly beautiful islands that sit in a deep, aqua blue sea. I loved finding out about the area's nautical past with jolly pirates and shipwrecks as well as its unique colonial heritage. But what made me want to get on a plane and hot foot it to British Virgin Islands is the amazing marine life for which this beautiful corner of the world is also home.
