Customisation Guide For Existing Art Prints

Any of the designs on the Julia Gash online shop are available for personalisation and customisation so that you can have your own, unique illustration that commemorates an event, person, pet or place that is close to your heart. Simply click on the blue "Add Customisations" button on the product page.

Personalisation

Art prints by Julia Gash can be personalised by simply adding your own personal message, which we will print in capital letters, at the foot of the artwork in Julia’s unique handwriting. We do not email a proof before we go to print and there is no additional length of time for personalised prints. Examples of a personalised print can be found on each product page.

Customisation with Words within the Art Print

You can customise an existing artwork by Julia Gash by adding your personal words, which we will print in capital letters within a choice of a Banner, Card or Bubble icon that has been pre-drawn by Julia, using the colour palette designated to the artwork you have chosen. Indicate your preferred location for your word icon within the design, in the "Your Instructions" box, at the foot of each product page. We may need to remove or relocate existing icons within the design to fit your new, personal icon. We will email you a proof of your unique art print before we go to print.

Customisation with Your Own Image

You can customise an existing artwork by Julia Gash by adding your own unique icon, which Julia will draw to your instructions and from the photograph you upload when you place your order. Indicate your preferred location for your unique icon within the design, in the "Your Instructions" box at the foot of each product page. We may need to remove or relocate existing icons within the design to fit your new, customised icon. We will email you a proof of your unique art print before we go to print.

Please allow an additional 14 days for a Customised Image Artwork.

Customisation with Additional Images

You can customise an existing artwork by Julia Gash by adding up to three icons that have been pre-drawn by Julia. You can state your preferred location for each icon within the design, in the "Your Instructions" box at the foot of any product page. We may need to remove or relocate existing icons within the design to fit the new icons. We will email you a proof of your unique art print before we go to print.

Please allow an additional 7 days for a Customised with Additional Images Artwork.

• Please ensure that your instructions are clear to avoid any additional charges being applied to your order. A charge of £10 for each, additional amendment made to the artwork after the first proof has been sent. Artworks can only be printed once any additional amendments have been paid for in full.
•  Once you have received the proof of your customised art print by Julia Gash, please reply by email to confirm that you accept the proof or provide any further instructions. We will not progress an order to print without receiving your email confirmation for the proof.
• Please only send photographs for which you have permission to use or own the copyright or are copyright free.
• As with all of Julia’s art prints, we print to order and therefore customised and personalised art prints are non-refundable once an order has been placed.
• Julia Gash Enterprises Ltd owns the copyright for all customised artwork and has the right to use the customised artwork for marketing purposes.
